My practice is to collect from the small moments of life, add thoughts and responses, then declare them precious. Sometimes I turn myself inside out and spill the beans onto my digital white space such as this blog or Facebook. I consider doing so my “art,” a practice for staying connected to myself. My current passion is helping people nurture themselves at the intersection of emotional well-being and physical health by treating the emotional challenges of life with physical activity. Then talking about it afterward.
